Complaint regarding JIO recharge

I recharged jio 399 dhan dhana dhan to my jio number 7xxxxxxxx7 between offer period 12th to 18th oct. Payment confirmation was send by sbi through message to me. I thought recharge also succeed. But when my current plan expired on 10th November they says I have no plan . If my recharge wasn’t successful then why they don’t refund me .
