Refund not disbursed by the Agency (Goibibo) and Airline (Air India/Vistara) after confirmation

I have been following up for the refund of my flight cancellation ticket with Goibibo which was already approved by the airline ‘Vistara’ since October-24.
Till now my refund is pending with goibibo team and providing poor customer care service without attending the issues properly. They have been closing the tickets even without providing a proper solution to the problem. Same with Airlines who has set up a team for resolving the matters of Vistara issues and not providing a resolution to the addressed matter since Oct’24.
