My International Ticket booked thru MMT , needs return . It is over 20 days now since i sent them the complaint . They have put mails on auto reply and so does the CC phone numbers on auto -cut mode . They are crooks who on good times extract commissions but in time of crises , take pretext of high volumes , have insufficient infra to handle Customers Complaints , even after 20 Days . I paid big sum thru Credit Card and paying interest due to non-refund .
