Regarding refund from Peachmode for returned product

Peachmode refund credit card policy cant be used. Value: 2999

I had ordered one dola silk gown for rs.2999 few months ago. While checking it has been mentioned tht the refund wud b given, but when i returned the product due to bad quality, it said tht u will get a credit card policy of 1 year within which u cn purchase . Now as i m msgng them abt the credit policy,ther r not replying. pl help

The the Airlines confirmed refund to Go Ibibo the customer did not get refund from GoIbibo. Mr. Ganguly posted his complaint with ICF on 15-12-2020 and the matter was taken up Go Ibibo.
