Regarding battery warranty claim of my ampere electric scooter

Battery warranty claim of my electric scooter Value: 85000+

Hi i purchased my ampere vehicle from dhruv communication Ashok nagar Chennai on 4-4-22 now my battery is dead and not working. I gave the battery to dealer on 7-9-23 for claiming warranty but till now i didn’t receive it. There is no proper response from the dealer or from company support. It’s been 2 months since I have given it. I am paying my emi every month without using my vehicle. It’s a mental depression and stress. Kindly help me sort this problem.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
