Regarding refund of booking amount from Royal Enfield dealer

While in Pune, my son deposited booking amt of Rs.10000/- towards Royal Enfield motorcycle in Dec 2019. Till date, the amt have not been refunded to me, inspite of cancellation of booking of motorcycle. The company acknowledges the booking & cancellation mail by us but the money still remains unpaid to us. Help is required for refund of money to us.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
