Regarding refund of booking amount from Royal Enfield dealer

While in Pune, my son deposited booking amt of Rs.10000/- towards Royal Enfield motorcycle in Dec 2019. Till date, the amt have not been refunded to me, inspite of cancellation of booking of motorcycle. The company acknowledges the booking & cancellation mail by us but the money still remains unpaid to us. Help is required …

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
