I had Reliance Broad band servise. I am regular customer of the company.when on 9.11.2017 at 09.06 AM i got whatsup massage stating that i have to pay urgently Rs.1906.64 to continue enjoying uninterrupted service. By reading this massage i paid the amount of Rs 2000 online through Credit Card. when still i did not get my braoadband connection started than I tried to lounch my complaint in the customer service of Reliance Company over phone .
Despite my several attempts I could not contact Reliance Service call centre I went to Reliance mobile center office at near Indraprast Tower , Ellora park Vadodra and there i got the massage that Reliance has stopped the service of Brodband .
Why the Sevice provider sent me the massage to pat Rs1906 on 9.11.2017when the had stopped the services ? Now my coplaint is Reliance Company should return my paid amount of Rs 2000 and also Credit card charges and also charges of 10 days period during which my internet conncetion was not provided to me.
