I purchase mosquito bat online (Amazon) but after 3-4 week it started mal-functioning. I connect with Vidhi Appliances and show him working demo and send video of faulty product. in April 21. They asked me to go to BB enterprise (Vidhi World Service Center, C-36 GF, Okhla Vihar, Near Metro Supr Store, Okhla, New Delhi 110025) and submit faulty product and we will replace it. It was severe period on 2nd wave of Covid 19. I am diebetic and avoided go out for the fear of expose to Corono.
When the situation got better, rather than going to Okhla service center I thought to courier. But before that I talked to service center. They said send the faulty product via courier. I coured which cost me 200/-.
Now If I am asking customer care about replacement, they are saying I have pay for it and it is out of warranty. No body earlier tole me about this even when I called him for courier.
I am completely at lost and cheated as first I paid to purchase and then paid for courier. Now product is with them and they are not sending replacement. I have all the proof of bill and previous demo of fault which was conducted with customer care team.
Please do the needful
