Replacement request declined by Shopclues

I ordered a I Kall mobile phone on Shopclues.com on 08 May 2017 of price Rs.547 which was delivered on 12 may with order no.115835750 and I found it defective and had requested a replacement request within the ten days of delivery on 22 may but they declined it and they are now telling to call I Kall service centre but as the rules of shopclues their is 10 days replacement policy but they are cheating me please help me about this issue please.

When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
