On 15th November 2017, I have visited the nearby restaurant “PRIYANKA” located at Sector-2, Airoli & during dine ordered for 3 bottles of water. During payment, I found that on the restaurant has charged Rs. 30 against each bottle while the MRP was Rs. 20. I have asked the cashier that extra amount cannot be charged on water bottles, so get the bill corrected. He discussed with his Manager, in returns the Manager said, the bill is correct, and they are charging extra for serving the same on AC sitting area. He further said that many times raid had been made on their restaurant on this context but no action had been taken as it is not violating any rule. He suggested, I can complain if I wish. Finally I have to paid the whole amount as per the bill. I request you to kindly look into this.
