Restaurant charging more than MRP for bottled water

Yesterday we had gone to restaurant and took one water bottle. They charged ?30+GST. It’s Green veiw Daba and Restaurant, located at next to my address which I have been provided. I asked to the food supplier but he refused to cut down the extra charged. Please look into issue.
