Complaint regarding demands from Bajaj Finserv

I had a Loan account with bajaj finserve. Due to some extra sur charges unnecessary added and deducted from my bank account I files a complaint to Bajaj and consumer forum. But No resolution. I was recieving calls from collection office. Finally the settlement amount was decided and I paid the amount. Recieved the reciept, and Email in regards to the same.
But since then my loan account was not closed. And still an EMI for INR 2292 was left and todays its more than INR 7000 if I would pay.
Tried calling representative from collection person, but got reply that he left the job. Another person in charge who sent the email “om pal” He saw the case when i sent documents on whatsapp and now not recieving any calls from my number.

I just want the account to be closed ASAP. And repair the damages done to my CIBIL. All Informations are given below.
