Restaurant charging more than MRP for water

I went to one hotel named Gobind Regency in Zirakpur yesterday and asked them for one mineral water bottle and they charged me Rs 40 and I asked them why they charging me more than MRP price than they said its their standard price. I do ha receipt bill for the water bottle which I bought from them.

Please do the needful.
