Fraud phone dealer on quikr

Hy i am From Bhubaneswar. Few Day ago i see a ad on quiker for apple clone mobile. then i am calling the dealer. He say dont pay with quiker pay, Beacause quiker is very late. so i pay with his bank account. After payment he is not deliver my mobile and not refund my money of 10000 RS-/ anyone help me.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
