Rude tailor ruined my suit

I gave a suit to local tailor bcoz my mom wanted to help that poor tailor. when i get back the suit its was opposite the design i told her. my suit had design for choli portion but she stitched it in lower border portion when i aksed her she started getting rude she was not apologising or anything instead she said this is good and started arguing with stupid reaso that she is too busy so she made a mistake. how can i get refund she charged.
