Service issue with Cable operator HCN, Idukki vision

I have using a local cable connection of HCN( Part of Idukki Vision) since last few months. On 07/02/2019 I have met with the collection executive and as per his direction I paid one year rent in advance and he collected and given receipt of Rs.2500/- and informed me there may be some changes may happen and he will update the same. But from then onwards most of pas channels are not available to me ( like Asianet and Surya). I contacted them on 11/02/2019 and informed the same and they told that there are changes happened in training and so they disconnected the service. As per them I have already paid one year rent in advance and informed them to reverse my payments and will subscribe as per new tariff and they are not ready to reverse the money and till they have not provided the required service.
