Short delivery by Shopclues vendor

I have ordered four bedsheets from shopclues.com through order no. 127492172 and when I received the parcel it was containing only two bedsheets against which I had paid the complete amount of 04 bedsheets i.e. Rs. 1431. Afterwards after contacting shopclues and after generating so many tickets they paid back only Rs. 350 and now they are not even responding to my constant calls. Please help.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
