Snapmint down payment not showing, no refund from Snapmint

I tried to buy a ddr4 ram using snapmint featured store of flipkart I paid the down payment using google pay and transaction was successful after that the order was not placed in app there was no sign of my money deducted. So i tried to book again and this time it was successful but i want the refund of the first downpayment deducted which was not reflected in my account plzz
