I made a purchase from stalk buy love on 27th June 2019 for Rs. 1049 and it got delivered to me on 2nd Jul 2019. I was not satisfied with my product so I wanted to return it but was not able to as the order status was still showing as dispatched and not as delivered. So I sent multiple mails to the SBL customer care to raise return for this product on my my behalf or help me in raising but did not get any reply.
Also I tried to call customer care multiple times but always got the response that server is under maintenance and could not connect with them.
Now they have updated the order status as delivered exactly after 15 days so I could not raise the return through app as per their policy.
Please help me in returning this product as I am not getting any response from their end.
