The service has not been provided for a month.. channels remain closed. The serviceman working under local cable operator, Barman cable last visited my home on 30th June 2019 only to collect money for the channels chosen by us. Henceforth he did not turn up even we made him acquainted of the problems several times . Even we register complain in Hathway Cable TV phone no. 03340302444. The service ID no. 21072019C25202 on 21st July 2019, but, no service has been provided so far to check the problems. So, we want to get our money back with proper compensation immediately. My consumer ID is 000103112090.
