Syska Gadget secure not honoring claim

I purchase Gionee f103 pro mobile in 28/12/2016 .that time I was insore of my new phone by syska gedgat secure for total damage protection .than I was pay rs 899/- for this policy. On 25/06/2017 I fall down in my home that time my phone is in my pant in right side this accident my phone screen had damaged. Than I call syska gedgat secure insurance company.castumar care executive has register my complaint . My complaint no is 91706251993.

On 26/06/2017 I have received phone call by syska gedgat secure insurance executive .she asked me about the accident and cut the phone call. After 10 minutes I received a message by syska gedgat secure company that’s is my mobile is not covered by insurance company. Dear sir he dose not give me a proper reason. Sir please help me.
