Me and my family had taken lunch on 26/6/2017 at hotel sankalp , bhongir, Hyderabad a warangal highway. The hotel is charging rs 27/- for rs20/- water bottle and s.tax on that too. When i asked the billing counter about it, they straight away said- do what u want to do and then they tried to take away the bill from my hand. I just don’t understand what sort of accounting procedure these guys follow. If they charge rs7 over mrp and 2 as tax from one customer then just imagine what amount of fraud they are committing in a month.

U can file a complaint in district consumer forum..or u give a complaint to legal metrology department.
