Sambuddha Dasgupta, Guwahati, AssamReplacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.10,000/- : Mr. Kakarla Chandra Shekar, Kadapa Dist, Proddatur, AP 516360 had returned WYBER TV to Snapdeal on 28-02-2017 by incurring courier charges, as wrong product was delivered.
