Tata sky not resolving technical complain

Our society has common dish and it having fault in one of the part since 25th Oct. I have been following with them 2 to 3 times a day and Tata sky sent 3 technician but all three did not coordinated themselves and left job in between saying they cannot fix as they are not common dish expert. Even after 7 days I do not have tentative time of resolution.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
