He was getting false assurances from the portal. He posted his complaint with ICF on 24-06-2014 and finally got the product by 01-07-2014.

When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
