Refund from Shopclues – Rs.1,328/-: Ms. Ankita Jadoun, Jaipur 302020, Rajasthan had purchased a mobile from shop clues model Nokia 5233 but received wrong product with all accessiories damaged, charger was not connecting to phone. She complained several times to shop clues but they refused support. The customer posted her complaint at ICF on 31-03-2017 and the matter was taken up with Shopclues. Ms. Ankita finally got her refund by 19-04-2017.

When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
