I had placed an order with Shopping Bazar on 20th August 2019 for 3 clothing items worth Rs 725
I got a confirmation email & a call confirming that it will be delivered by 7th Sep 2019 latest but I havent got the delivery yet
The order number given to me was #18019
I then came across a lot of articles & reviews wherein other consumers had posted complaints that they had paid online but haven’t got their delivery.
Their mode of payment is only online & not COD. Also, there is no customer helpline number to track the status. which now makes us question the accountability & intent of the website
I want a refund of my money. Please help address this for me & for many consumers who have been duped by this fraudalent website

I have faced the same situation with order worth 895/-. Now they have started another fraud site ‘womenclothestudio’ to steal money.

I faced the same issue. I lodged a complaint with the Government National Consumer Forum. I think all of you should do.
And what is the next step. Can we together approach the Consumer Forum and see if we can get a solution to this?

My order was about 948 Indian rupees . The mobile number from which i got a call from there side is swtiched off for good.

Hi,i am nithya uha.i have a ordered a clothes in womenclothestudio on 7th October 2019.on that day i got a message that item will be delivered on 25th of October 2019 and got a mail too.in that message i got a phone number,i called it and told i want delivery by 20th of October 2019.they said ok but now that number was switched off.in app my status was still in process.i think this app doesn’t have customer care number or anything else.so i want my amount back or provide my ordered item.pls do needful.google pls dont encourage these type of fake app
