Me and my friend had booked uber pool on thursday, 25th jan,18. We were travelling with a lady who, on our boarding, asked one of us to sit at the front seat, to which we agreed. When my friend was talking with the driver suddenly she started claiming that she is a privileged customer due to which she has this right to decide who sits where. I wish to know what is this concept of “Privileged customer” and what rights they have as a result of this, as the uber driver couldn’t even explain us this new concept.provided this knowledge even i can use this privilege from next time.
