Uber driver did not respond, passenger charged for cancellation

I have booked the uber ride at 5.40am and ur driver cell no refused to come and more over refused to cancel the ride himself and unwillingly I have to cancel the same immediately as he has refused to move
This is a harassment to me. More over u have charged me for cancelled trip which has to be canceled due to ur driver refusal. I think ur company does not take action against erring drivers and in turn the customer suffer.
Any how it is my experience the company does not take it seriously and take action against drivers
Softly refund the charges .i don’t want any refund I suggest u take action against erring drivers
Still I know nothing is going to happen. Still filling complaint for my satisfaction
Very bad experience. With the ride taken today at 5.50 am today. Pl streamline your drivers who refuse to take trip and ask us to cancel trip and ur company also imposes fine with knowing the truth
It is horrible experience.
