Unable to replace Reliance BIG TV Settop box

I have purchased a reliance big tv set top box 5 years ago. recently set top box stopped working, I started searching locally to get a new stb, but was unable to get it. Even tried cust. care number and it is also not working. also got to know that there is no reliance big tv service centre or vendor to provide the stb. its been a week I am unable to use the services.
