Unable to withdraw money from winstarexch365

I’m a registered user in https[:]//winstarexch365[.]com. from past 2 years I’m playing in this website and I almost lost 12 lakhs On October 19 2025 i tried to withdraw money from wallet. But amount was not credited to my account till now. If I ask customer support they are saying to wait 24 hours from start date.

Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
