on 30th of october I ordered an Iphone 7 from iphone.worento.com (GreenMobiles) . Greenmobiles are also registered under Amazon so I thought they are not fraud. There is 24*7 chat facility avaiable on this portal so I have a word with the chat representative they told me we sell unbox iphone 7 and amazon is our delievery partner and we redeem the loyalty cashback from Paytm.
So initially to book phone I made a payment of 10k via paytm. On their website my product was updated with the info order booked then ot went to hold due to some issues then again I have a word with chat representative they gave me the number of owner – Axxxg Sxxxxxh. Then we had a word he told me to make remaining payment of 15 k then we will be able to deliever. on his request I made the payment. But now chat representatives are disconnecting my chat and axxxxg sxxxxh not picking my call & his phn now going switched off.
They are inviting cash from the buyers and not making the delievery.
