Unfair cancellation charges by Uber

On 1st September, I booked an uber cab at 9:46am,the pickup location being given my residential address as mentioned above and drop location being given Lions blood Bank,Waterloo Street. The en-route was shown 7 minutes. But unfortunately the driver was unable to trace the given pick up location although I provided him sufficient details about the pick up location by calling him. And ,within a minute,the ride was automatically shifted to another driver who was near Joka area on another trip, the en-route being 21 mins. I was in much hurry as I had to go to a blood bank and with me was a blood sample which will fuse if not having arrived early. So I cancelled the ride but I had to pay 49 rupees on my next ride. I know very clearly that if someone cancels a ride, he/she will have to pay 50 rupees as per the new rule. But in my case it’s simply a different issue. I wouldn’t have cancelled if the ride wasn’t shifted to another driver. Now I would like to claim some refund and will be grateful if notified via email soon.
