As per pan card application tracker updated 21st march dispatched and velex logistic tracker updated as 02-April-19 delivered to my address and mentioned collected person name and contact details ” Gxxxxxy Tele No 70xxxxxx5 ” in that name and phone no is wrong details mentioned in delivery tracker but i called same no but they person saying they also don’t no about courier so delivery boy updated wrong details due to 2nd April documents need to reach my address so that they did this kind, but don’t no where is laying document now and its very important documents is there, pls check and delivery to rite address immediately.
