Hyundai dealer not delivering my car

I have booked (through CSD) creta 1.4 E+ diesel from ROYAL HYUNDAI GWALIOR all fromalities are done my loan is passed Hyundai dealer not delivering my car and i am paying interest on it but now they are saying that they cannot give me car if i have to purchase it then have to purchase this as a civilian not from CSD as a ARMY PERSONAL My father’s savings of Rs 9 lakh had engaged in all this HELP ME OUT
