I applied for a reprint of my PAN card which was dispatched by Velex Logistics. The delivery guy called and I told him that I’m not at home because I was attending a funeral. He said that he will deliver it the next day but 3 days later, no delivery.
This pathetic service has a rating of 1.3 on Google. I can’t understand how they are still in business. Absolutely pathetic!! NSDL should choose a better service.
Neither do they pick up their head office number nor does the delivery guy answer. I will have to re-order the PAN card because my requirement is urgent.
