Videocon DTH not responding to location shift request

I’m using Videocon DTH connection from last 2 years. I’m facing connectivity issues so many times. The major issue is login a complaint with customer care. Whenever I try to call customer care I need to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes to talk the person. If I want to talk to the supervisor again I need to wait another 20 to 30 minutes this is very horrible situation.

Now the current issue is I had shifted my house and it is very near to the old house (Just 5 Houses difference). I have raised a location shift request on 19th July Wednesday. At that time the customer care person said with in 8 hours our engineer will get in touch with you. But I didn’t get any call or update. Again I contacted and I got the same response. Till now I contacted 6 times every time the people are saying within 8 hours. So the time is running every 8 hours and my issue is not yet resolved till now. I have contacted the supervisor multiple times but no use. They also saying the same thing sorry will get back to you with in 8 hours. Almost I spent 150 rs for the calls only.

Please resolve this issue ASAP or else please payback my last month amount and installation charges collected at first time.
