I have raised request to convert my postpaid to prepaid SIM on 18th Mar by visiting the store. I didn’t get a call or didn’t even informed but closed my request saying that I continue in postpaid.
Again I visited the store on 20th Mar raised another request still did the same. Now after many discussions with customer care I got a callback saying I need to pay the outstanding of current usage.
And, Now they asking me to visit the store again and raise another request. These guys are simply making the people fools and want to tie the customers to their network. This is the most irritating and annoying behaviour of VI which I want to raise as a complaint here in this forum.
