What is investment intermedi? Why it deduct money?

Sir i am from baripada odisha, i have a sbi account in bhanjpur branch, From 4 months message from CBSSBI that your A/C debited INR 295.00 on date_ to investment intermedi. Why the amount is debit from me i dont have any loan any finance then why it deduct my money please find out why they deduct and what is the reasone no any information no any terms general public don’t know about it. SBI have to inform all the customer that why it happen why they deduct money from any costumer account. Please sir solve it.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
