I have ordered Wireless behind neck in ear headphone with Bose wireless earbuds from “headphonearea.com” company store at B-15, crown plaza, sauna road, Pune, Maharashtra. But I did not receive the ordered items, in package I found “Sony Wired headphone”. I immediately send mail to company’s given mail id -, but both email Id did not respond. Order ID written on the bill is also wrong. When I scan the barcode with qr scanner but this shows a mobile number.

sony head phone wrong item delivery and no return policy or process
The company cheated me also. I have ordered something under perfect deals but did not get the right things. I have contacted them but no phone number is given. I want to lodge a case against them. Kindly guide.
I order Sony wireless headphones 1nos and boat ear buds 1set I pay 1700 rs.
But I recvied Jbl head phone worth rs 500.
