Wrong plan information and high billing by Vodafone

I have post paid number 9xxxxxxx5 of Vadafone services. Last month again customer care changed rental plan to 350 basic saying that there shall be no roaming in nagpur and voice and data charges shall be nil. Customer care assured me that bill shall be max 350 with taxes.

In May 17 bill they have charged me 1100 rs bill with 508 rs of roaming charges. While changing plan I have confirmed whether roaming shall be applicable and CC assured me that it wont be applicable and now they have charged me with it.

While contacting CC again they says the information given tome was wrong. Now, I have to pay for wrong information which is given by Vodafone itself.

Kindly resolve this issue.

    Wrong plan was intimated to me and I personally call to Vodafone customer care more than 50 times and I am calling since march but no solution was provided me till date and now they are calling me again again and forcing me to deposit irrelevant amount which they have charge and harressing by saying that I have to face legal things I lf will not deposite money
