Complaint on jootaghar1 Instagram page. Value: 1700

I have ordered shoes worth 1700 but recieved cheap and completely different from image. I paid 200as advance via UPI and rest 1500 through cod. UPI payment made to bxxxxn sxxxxxa. Now he is not responding to my messages.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
