I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase made from an online Instagram shop. On [04/02/2024], I ordered a pair of shoes advertised on their profile. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was not as described. Instead of the expected quality footwear, I received ordinary shoes of significantly lower value.
