Wrong product delivered by Snapdeal vendor

Sir i want to file an complaint against snapdeal and describe fraud done by snapdeal i ordered nike shoes but when i got the parcel there was local shoes in the box i raised return request on 3 February 2020 but they gave no response i spent 14 days but i am not getting any response from them . Please help me

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
