Wrong product from greatindiansaree, no refund received

I have ordered 3 sarees from www.greatindiansaree Paid Rs.3097 over Cash on Delivery.
All products I recieved is WRONG. As per their policy, I sent mail with the images. Their policy was to return back the sarees to them and once they receive them, they will start the refund. After Receiving the product, they are not responding over call or email. They are continuously disconnecting the call. Total Fraud Company. I received the call from: 9xxxxxxxxx2, 9xxxxxxxx3

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
