Complaint regarding RC, HSRP of car in Punjab

Regarding RC of car in HSRP IN PUNJAB. I had affixed HSRP on my alto k 10 car having regd no PB 45xxxxx3 on nov1, 2019 but still HSRP centre at naruana dist Bathinda punjab is not sending my verification to SDM Talwandi sabo they are demanding charges for sending verification for RC. Plz solve my problem.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
