Wrong product from Shoposum, no customer support

Wrong product sent and no returns. Value: 947rs

I have bought new 2 Fastrack watches from shoposum.com. but that sent me a wrong product as per their t&c we can return our products with in 7days using their mail id.

I have written a mail on goods return, but I did not any confirmation on my returns from past 4days so kindly help us to resolve the issue

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
