I ordered Adidas Men Woven Design Ford-Fwd Running Shoes (Size: UK 8) from Myntra. On 4th February 2025, the package was delivered with torn Myntra packaging. The delivery agent claimed the damage happened during transit. Despite this, I accepted the package.
Upon opening it, I was shocked to find the wrong product inside—a completely different Adidas shoe, which appeared used. Frustrated, I immediately contacted Myntra customer support. They guided me through the process of initiating a return for the incorrect product and assured me that my refund would be processed within 24 hours.
However, my return request was unfairly rejected without any reason. I contacted customer support again, and they asked me to wait another 48 hours. Despite this, nothing happened. After repeated follow-ups, I have now been asked to wait for yet another 24 hours. This cycle of false assurances has continued for 4 days with no resolution.
Upon researching the seller, Flashstar Commerce, I discovered several complaints from other customers regarding wrong product deliveries and refusal to honor refunds or returns. This clearly shows a pattern of negligence and malpractice.
My Request:
I seek immediate intervention for the following:
1. Full refund of my payment.
2. Accountability for the repeated delays and poor service.
3. Assurance that Myntra will vet sellers like Flashstar Commerce to prevent similar incidents.
I have attached photographic evidence of both the wrong product received and the product originally ordered for reference. This experience has been mentally exhausting, and I urge immediate action to resolve my grievance
