However, my recent experience with Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Yug Cars, Ujjain, Dewas Road) has been deeply disappointing, exposing severe mismanagement, unethical practices, and utter disregard for customer respect.
Major Issues Faced:
Misleading information about the price of the Maruti Wagon R LXi caused confusion and distrust.
Despite promises of same-day delivery, the dealership failed to provide essential documents such as the invoice, RTO details, and insurance.
The car was delivered in a filthy state, covered in dust, and without accessories fitted.
Incompetent Staff: Employees demonstrated a lack of knowledge, causing significant inconvenience.
Unprofessional CFO provided conflicting information about billing, RTO registration, and number plate issuance.
Billing Discrepancies: The quoted price was ?4.94 lakhs, yet I was overcharged without justification.
No warranty cards were provided for installed accessories, violating standard practices.
Improper Receipts: Instead of separate receipts for car, insurance, RTO, and accessories, a single unclear receipt was issued.
An unjustified overcharge of ?1.15 lakhs, arbitrary bill adjustments, and unethical conduct suggest fraudulent practices.
My wife and I faced harassment, disrespect, and unethical treatment from dealership staff, making the experience unbearable.
